Thank you Jim and Robin for the opportunity to stretch myself little ... Both physically and mindfully. I have been meditating for years and like many thing my practice slipped away. My sittings got a little shorter and a little shorter until I was running from one thing to another and never sitting. The opportunity to sit with you Friday was a gift. And a challenge. I have been able to sit in the angst and the fierceness of the day's chatter and work through it in a calmer more centered way the last few days. I have even had the opportunity to laugh at that same chatter that wants to claim my seat... How comical it can be. I will continue to sit and practice being mindful and giving myself permission to be stretched from time to time. I am grateful for the push back into my practice. And the opportunity to sit within community. Namaste

I started doing meditation few months back and meditation is bringing a fullness and completion in my life and personality.iI am using bikhram and laughter style. It's really helping for body relaxation. In my personal opinion peoples should start doing yoga rather then spending time in gym and only Yoga Marketing can make it possible.
