Hi all,
I just wanted to introduce the concept of "walking meditation" which pretty much is what it sounds like. I encourage you to Google it for more information, and I find it a fantastic way to fit in several short opportunities to meditate throughout the day. Today, for instance, as I am doing my errands, I will park as far away from the store or location as I can, and then will practice walking meditation and mindfulness from the car to the door. You may be surprised at what a difference this small addition to your day can make! Good luck! ~Cara
